Police search for Davenport hit-and-run driver | News
Police say a motorcycle driver suffered serious injuries when the motorcycle was hit by a car on Locust Street.
The wreck was reported Wednesday evening, August 15, 2012 at about 8:30 p.m.
Police said the motorcycle was westbound on Locust at Lillie Avenue when it was struck by a westbound dark-colored four-door car. The car reportedly stopped a short distance from the crash but then fled as emergency vehicles started to arrive.
